1. Development of the regional communities
Development of the partnership with regional media/help with the communities (installation)/ agreement process lead/ ideas of the content.
About 70% of the regional media base was worked out by the end of the year together with the agency (creation of communities, sticker packs, special projects, publishing press releases and more)
2. Leading of the Belarusian sticker pack contest 2020 (summer/autumn). The project will be completed by the end of the year
3. Active participation in the creation of a PR campaign Viber anniversary for CIS
For CIS: Active participation in making a PR campaign (autumn) with articles, stories, interviews, Viber Heroes short-films and stories, etc.
4. Support and up-to-date information for PR materials, initiation of writing materials
Monthly new features calendar fulfillment
5. Development of partners from the PR side
Lead all partner projects with media representatives
Leading of the partners Sticker pack reviews+forms up to the date of the needed launch date
6. Support surveys, texts and visuals
Preparation of the surveys on the needed platform
Daily text editions
Monthly Visual creation for PR materials (texts and surveys)
Preparation of the texts for the Viber communities for the Partners promo, occasions/function launches
7. Lead reports, contracts and analytics
Lead all financial reports/fix all issues from PR department
Fix some time issues with contracts to make sure they are set on time
Prepare half a year analytical reports for the PR materials
Prepare partners ‘agreements work on time
Viber communities daily report
