Hi, I’m Natalie Macaluso. I help creative people launch or boost their business. I started my career as an actress back in 2009 which was already a tough mountain to climb. I pivoted to producing theatre productions almost right away because logic told me that if I can create work, I will never be out of it. That was in the wake of the financial crash which kick-started an entrepreneurial journey across sectors.
Being creative often means that what you do is inextricably linked to who you are. That can be tough to navigate at times. I believe in practical and simple solutions that deliver effective results.
I sit on the Board of Trustees at The Oxford School of Drama and was the youngest appointment in the school's 30year history. My motivation to join was to encourage the students to feel equipped and supported to deal with the challenges they will face in the creative industries. Confidence in themselves as professionals is a vital tool to withstand the rigours of the real world.
