Responsible for defining and delivering overall strategy for Prime Live, creating a new business from the ground up spanning across all divisions (business development, event operations, security, accounting, marketing, filming and CX). Management of end to end customer experience from announcement through to post-sale (video, PR, Social, in gig branding, artist merchandise and artist approval). KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Wrote business case for Amazon to enter into live events, aliasing with SVP / STeam. • Single threaded owner of end to end production and concert experience for the first pilot event with Tom Odell in AIR Studios. • Co-lead on artist store strategy to gain label / management traction and creation of artist store proposition for amz.co.uk. • Aliased with SNR stakeholders across Physical and Digital Music, Retail and Prime Video to develop end to end product flywheel. • Global Prime Video launches including publishing / sync. Robbie Williams, John Legend, Blondie, Texas & Katie Melua in JP, DE, US & UK, resulting in X3 more streams than other music content on AV platform. Delivered content 63% under budget.
