    Managed Disney Channel content for CEMA and Nordic regions, ensuring audios and videos were correctly processed and met channel requirements before transmitting to broadcasting to meet deadlines • Daily use of software’s Mediator, WHATS’ON, WMLS and Power BI Analytics, with previous use of IBMS & Microstrategy • Identified errors in video and audio in workflow, checking that timings, SOM, EOM and breaks were correct, and noting patterns in channels to prevent future errors • Liaising with vendor for redeliveries when necessary, and schedulers and planners for schedule replacements • Analysed compliance notes to ensure content was appropriate for territory • Manually uploaded audios of numerous languages to Mediator, process them through a checks to ensure accurate dubbing against video • Daily interaction with engineering, editors, planners, schedulers, producers and media coordinators at both Disney and various third parties to resolve issues, discuss delivery dates, technical & rejection issues, and to ensure smooth running of channels and future planning • Trained new team members on both general workflow and CEMA and Nordic channels • Worked weekends on Fox 20th Century content - manually inserted timings and breaks, put content through workflow checks to ensure no audio and video errors • Attended weekly team meetings providing channel updates and troubleshooted any potential channel issues
