About me
*Pitch 100 Superwoman 2019 *Campaign Magazine X Creative Equals Future Leader One To Watch 2019 *D&AD Writing For Advertising Judge 2019 *Cannes Can: Diversity Collective WPP Scholar 2019 MISSION: To work with brands and use advertising to creatively tell the stories of marginalised people, so they are marginalised no more. The world will be a better place for it. ABOUT ME: Unicorn. Creative communicator. Multipotentialite. Former editor, radio presenter, fashion blogger, lab technician, medical writer, model, Pride Trustee. Current senior advertising copywriter, creative director, roller derby player, skateboarder, cyclist, collaborator, entrepreneur, dog mum, wife and general life participant. Yeah, it’s a lot. But y’know, Life Tapas. When science and art combine it's a powerful thing – once I discovered there was a way to apex the two, I amended my path to becoming a Pharmacist and created opportunities for myself to get into advertising. The new journey and destination would allow me to live out ALL my passions as a writer, creative-bod, scientist, active person. I wanted to be a role model for the younger me. I aimed to 'be the change I wished to see in the world'. My 13 years of broad experience is by no means complete. Beneath my deceptively youthful exterior is a confident yet empathetic, unapologetic passion to change the world. BRANDS WORKED ON: Pfizer, Gilead, Sanofi, Bayer, Abbott, Boots Pharmaceuticals (in-house), Johnson & Johnson, Lilly, The Fertility Partnership, INC Research, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Roche, World Afro Day, Dexcom, Vertex. I always figure out a way to do what I set out to. Let's connect.
