I animate award-nominated videos that challenge cliches and spark progressive discourse.
The most recent example of this is my self-directed, Arts Council commissioned animated short 'Mental Roots' which combines my talents in animation, writing and voiceover to address the complex nature of mental health issues in young black men.
Soon to be released by the BBC, Mental Roots is accompanied by my own podcast of the same name, from which I have started making a series of animated shorts highlighting real mental health stories from black communities.
Earlier independent animations of mine have earned me award shortlistings in the RSA Student Design Awards 2019 and the BBC R4 Today Student Journalist of the Year 2019.
