I am an ambitious and determined individual whose meticulous habits help to get the best results from any task. I have natural leadership qualities, organisational skills and the ability to motivate others when working in a team. Though I can acknowledge my weaknesses, I will not shy away from responsibility when tackling a task, often using my initiative to solve problems. I’m looking for a position that can match my ambition and continually challenge me, so I never prevent increasing my knowledge. Despite my various qualifications, certificates cannot fully quantify what I believe I can bring to an organisation.
I have launched my own music website (www.nayemusicjournal.wordpress.com) where I expand on my previous music journalism experience, with the content ranging from interviews with musicians to other music related features. Furthermore, such is my keen interest in creative writing I am currently in the midst of writing my own televisions series, in addition to my own investigative journalism series, entitled, Observations (https://medium.com/@NayeFshr).
In addition to this, my leisure time is spent writing and producing my own music as well as music for other people. For me, this is a very useful creative outlet that allows me to express myself through the musical art form, as well as understand an artist’s creative process and perspective when conducting interviews with musicians.
I also have a wholehearted devotion to sport, but in particular, football. I have followed and played the game avidly for as long as I remember, which has included me playing at academy level.
For the past couple of years, I have been developing my own TV series. Something that began as a personal challenge in creative writing has manifested into a project that has encouraged me to view screenwriting as a potential career option.

- Naye Music Journal (NayeMusicJournal.com)One of my earliest musical memories as a child was sitting in the passenger seat of my Dad’s car, listening to a CD I later found out was titled, Rap To The Max – a compilation of the most relevant Hip Hop records at the time. Among the assortment of tracks, there was one in particular that grabbed my attention – A Tribe Called Quest – ‘Can I Kick It?’. Upon hearing the song, it prompted questions, questions that I have not stopped asking ever since that moment, which became the catalyst for my obsession with Hip Hop culture and music in general. I’m Naye Fshr – a journalist and writer whose appreciation for the art of wordplay across many different mediums has shaped my interests, hobbies and career path. When I’m not writing about music, I’m probably writing or producing music of my own, increasing my understanding of the nuances that musicians experience when captivated by the art form. Naye Music Journal is a culmination of my musical thoughts and opinions – as well as those of others – stashed in one place, from interviews with artists to discussions about my music related musings, my first thoughts on all things music can be found here.
