  • Connect&GO is a technology startup that focuses on connecting live audiences to brands at an event. An RFID badge or wristband facilitates access control, cashless payments, and social/experiential connection. Connect&GO has worked with clients all around the world, including Universal, Target, Superbowl, Budweiser, Just For Laughs, and many more. As a project management intern my tasks and achievements included: - Managed the implementation of the RFID system (cashless payments, access control, social media integration, brand activation, inventory tracking, consumer behavior and data collection) in various events, including Osheaga (55,000 people a day and 100 scan locations), Just for Laughs (350,000 wristbands distributed over the course of a 16 day event), and the Carolina Country Music Festival (fully cashless festival with an attendance of 20,000) - Led projects in their entirety with the Project Manager and the Technical Director: prepared equipment before events, worked on-site to help solve different problems during events and packed up equipment after events - Focused on customer service during events and learned how to deal with both patrons and clients under high pressure - Created training materials (sheets, presentations, videos) for clients in both English and French on how to use the RFID technology provided
