I am currently working on a wide range of global, regional and local market accounts including Unilever, Danone, Pfizer, The Royal British Legion & BP. The type of work ranges from global shopper marketing toolkits through to local outdoor and press executions, often varying by account and project. Previous clients I've worked with in this role include HSBC, Heineken and Coca-Cola.
I worked on the Heineken Global account across all of their global on- and off-trade BTL projects and campaign platforms. Key projects included major sponsorship campaigns for Bond (Spectre) and the UEFA Champions League, category development and product credentialing campaign platforms ("There's more behind the star") and lastly, both the Heineken "Cities" and Heineken "Music" campaign platforms. I also played a supporting role on numerous other accounts within the agency including Coca-Cola, BP and Pfizer.
I was seconded from Unilever New Zealand to Unilever Australia to work within a special project(s) team. This role taught me extensive project and change management practice(s) and planning, as well as experience working within a confidential project team reporting directly to the UANZ Board of Directors. Overall, our team was tasked with a total organisational culture change and a physical office relocation.
I supported the National Field Manager and worked alongside the Customer Implementation Manager in all operational aspects of managing the field sales team and executing brand activations across all categories, retailers and channels (including modern trade, traditional trade, discounters, cash & carry, out-of-home, etc). A key project during my time at Unilever New Zealand was the implementation of Unilever’s Perfect Store program (a program designed to help retail outlets improve their merchandising and overall store / category presentation). I led the implementation across the market’s key customer accounts and across all product categories (with the support of the respective client leads and category managers).
