    WPP Black Ops is a borderless, multidisciplinary start-up within WPP dedicated to solving big business problems. We create impermanent, specialist project teams that parachute in and out, purpose-built for the task at hand. As a founding member of the unit, my primary focus is on building and working with an array of integrated teams and experts from across WPP operating companies (and beyond). Highlights include managing a global agency team of 25+ in three key markets, developing and operationalising ways of working, leading all integration efforts for the unit, budget management and responsibility of +£10M in revenue, co-ordination and management of multiple production houses and partners as well as optimising and expanding our new working model across WPP.

    I worked on Team P&G, reporting to the WPP Global Client Lead. Team P&G is a WPP Creative Collective and one of WPP’s largest cross-agency teams. Within this role, I worked with WPP agencies across all disciplines (communications, experience, commerce and technology) and markets (+50) to lead integration and business-building activities. Specifically, I was tasked with leading global initiatives in the space of strategy, creativity and innovation. Highlights within this role include leading Team P&G’s Creative Council (a global council of WPP’s top creatives), supporting the global client team CFO in managing, budgeting and reporting across the group and managing two direct reports (global account executive & account manager).
