About me
I have been involved in music since I was 11 years old when I first performed live. Since then, I have gained experience and insight into aspects such as songwriting, releasing music, live show promotion, repping and performance. I also have some experience in the running of a venue, sound engineering and hospitality. This exhibits my aim to be as versatile as possible in an industry that I'm hugely passionate about.
I'm currently a gigging singer/songwriter based in Manchester, playing post-punk, indie and alternative rock.
My pursuit as an artist is a particular focal point of my music career. However, I'm enthusiastic to work in a variety of roles in the music industry, particularly in live events. My messages are open and I would love to chat.

Since November 2018 I have been releasing music on Spotify and performing as a solo originals project. This started as a solo acoustic setup but has since expanded to a live band setup as of late 2019. I have amassed over 15,000 streams across all of my released tracks and have received airplay by Steve Lamacq on BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing in Cumbria and various online stations such as Redwall Radio and Nova Radio. As well as writing and performing, I have also picked up administrative skills through releasing music and contacting all radios/promoters myself.
More recently I have performed with my band within the Manchester music scene, playing in venues such as Gulliver's, Off The Square and The Deaf Institute with promoters ranging from Dusty Pop to Scruff of The Neck. On February 26th we played our first headline show at The Grafton Arms with promoters Bread Records.
As well as my originals project, I perform at functions, pubs and bars as a solo acoustic act playing 90's-modern indie/rock/some pop covers and originals.

As part of the Music Events module at university, myself and two others were required to organise, curate, promote and budget our own live show from scratch; my roles were listed in order of importance. From this came AV Collective, a cross-arts night featuring live music and visual art at the venue Aatma in Manchester. Acts included post-punk band Brand New Legs, jazz fusion band Pink Familee and jazz rock trio Ladybarn. Visual artist Alfie Lane also contributed his work.
We covered all of our costs for the event and made small profit, pulling in 72 attendants with a £5 ticket price.
