My name is Nawal, I'm 26 and 2016 have been the year where I challenged myself to create the life I wanted. After quitting my job at Airbnb Paris and travelling for a few months, I moved to London to start a course on Product Management and become a Product Manager.

- Organised and managed over 400 events catering to different target groups with different approaches: sales events for non-users, educational events for new users, reward events for super users, Public Policy events.
- Created, trained and maintained a network of engaged hosts carrying their own events on the ground to scale our Community effort
- Managed the french launch of an online Group platform
- Conducted studies to understand who was our Community (data analysis, focus groups, 1:1 interviews, surveys)
- Created personas based on the previous study to help the Public Policy team in their discussions with Paris Town Hall
- Conducted research to understand the reasons behind churn and non-activation (1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys)
- Tested email campaigns to target the problems highlighted by the research
- Worked on an MVP to test the demand around experiences offered by locals in Paris
