Neil has been working in digital since 1999 and joined SapientNitro as the Creative Director for Visual Design in April 2015. In his career he was worked on integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences for Automotive, FMCG, Financial and Professional Services clients – winning Red Dot, BIMA, Revolution and Design Week awards along the way. His role at SapientNitro is to lead the visual design practice by elevating the quality of craft, ideas and story. He works across SapientNitro’s European offices to galvanise, guide and inspire the company’s creative vision. Growing and nurturing creative culture is something Neil is passionate about in and out of the office. He is part of the judging panel for Apps for Good who empower students to seize the opportunities of our digital age and create solutions to the problems they care about. He has also served on the creative careers panel at the BRIT school to discuss insights and opportunities for success in the creative industry.
