I designed and built an In-House Training department, so we could provide face-to-face training for our candidates in a more cost-effective manner. As Training Coordinator, it is my job to manage the department.
My duties include:
Delivering training sessions (Basic Life Support, Manual Handling & Fire Safety).
Managing all payments (Training or Non-Training related) for the UK branch.
Updating our online booking system.
Co-organising Open Days.
Liaising with external training companies to conduct sessions outside of London.
Admin duties such as creating certificates, record keeping or maintaining equipment.
Organising the rota for my team of training instructors.
Answering any telephone or email inquiries from staff members or service users.
