About me
Over the last nine and half years, I have helped grow an ad-tech startup from a small band of 5 to a global brand, 130 strong. I have been responsible for the development and management of the creative department. As well as the supporting infrastructure, processes, and toolsets. Allowing the company to provide award-winning creative solutions to our clients.
In my role, I have been developing the companies’ brand and product strategy. While also remaining involved in active pitch and campaign work. Over the last four years, I have been a lot more product-focused delivering new platforms and commercial products on web and mobile. This includes leading a team of designers and developers, prototyping, leading the UI / UX design, and conducting user-based research.

Over the first four years, I grew the creative department ensuring design and production work formed an integral part of the business’ value proposition. Recognised for our commitment to quality and level of service. Providing award-winning advertising solutions for global brands, running across a premium publisher network.
- Expanded the department to 12 based out of the UK.
- Championed the early adoption of HTML5-based advertising solutions.
- Produced one of the first product-specific HTML5 production toolsets.
- Introduced an overflow plan to help manage burst capacity & limit underused resource.

During the last five years, my focus has shifted to the company's creative vision and long-term product strategy. I took ownership of global product development, including both the commercial products and internal toolsets. Lead the company rebranding. Provided in-depth market and opportunity analysis. Ensured present and future industry compliance (AMP, LEAN, CBA) for our products and services.
- Expanded global production team to 18, introduced local resource to cover new territories.
- Developed new toolsets in-house to allow efficient production, increasing output by >30%.
- Global product management: covering standardisation, scalability, and optimisation.
- Released a new mobile format that grew to account for 20% of our business within 3 months.
- Designed a showcase system to support commercial pitches and business development.
- Introduced a dedicated creative solutions team, providing campaign concepts and collateral for high-value pitches. This team contributed to over 3 million in booked revenue in the first 2 years.
