Creative Lead on Google and Unilever accounts
I helped set up ichi in the Summer of 2009 - A start-up agency that’s grown over the last 6 years into a 40 strong agency, with offices in London and Los Angeles, servicing a range of Entertainment, Sport and Leisure based clients. I headed up many new business and pitch wins at global board level, with a 100% pitch win rate in the first 4 years. I created and developed the structure of the agency and oversaw departments across Strategy & Planning, Creative & Design, Advertising, Digital and Edit/VFX.
I joined Pablo to help them restructure the studio and develop their client roster, having been previously known as a print-focused agency. A series of pitch wins ensured their offering was expanded to include TV, Brand Activation, Digital and Motion Graphics. On a daily basis, I oversaw a team of 15 full-time creative staff, featuring a newly restructured department consisting of dedicated concept teams, a digital department and a separate artwork & production department. During my time at Pablo, I managed to win and secure accounts for Adidas, Carlsberg, Sega, Vodafone, Kopparberg Cider, Beverage Brands, Sky Sports and Sky News.
