Checked in guests using the Qflow app, assigned wristbands, directed guests through the correct routes in the venue, and assisted in any troubleshooting. Decorated for the after-party and helped guests with queries.

Through this traineeship, I developed my skills, communicating between different departments, taking initiative by completing tasks before being asked to do so, and offering a helping hand to Runners and Production Assistants on busy days (which is every day). I built up my experience by filling in log sheets and lining scripts during takes while developing my multi-tasking skills so I could keep an eye on the monitors while still taking good notes. I adapted and improved these skills based on my supervisor's feedback and support.
