Croydon, Surrey CRO 3LN Main tasks: • general front office duties; • Pro-actively identify client needs and provide solutions to match them • Manage all client contact for new enquiries • Screening telephone calls, email management, liaison with customers/supplier/staff at all levels • Deal with each step of the shipping process, preparing and receiving various international shipping documents such as declaration documentation in accordance with a foreign country’s import/export laws, packing lists and shipping invoices • Track shipments and coordinate with customs agents for clearance of goods. • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; • Open customer accounts by recording account information and maintain customer records by updating account information. • Resolve product and delivery problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. All to raise money to help fight poverty for Oxfam. Oxjam Clapham Takeover is a real focus on involving local musicians, artists, businesses and community groups to make this one of the most successful Oxjam events of the festival. Clapham, London SW4 Main Tasks: • Design a fundraising strategy to ensure that the team achieves fundraising objectives. • Work with the Marketing Co-ordinator to ensure fundraising activities are promoted. • Investigate possible sponsorship/partnership avenues, • Work with the team manager to plan and oversee the budget for the team/event expenses and lead on fundraising activities that generate enough money to cover these costs
