- Breast Cancer Educational ToolkitBreast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, with on average 140 women being diagnosed every day. Early detection is key to enable better treatment and in turn increase the chance of survival. This project aims to change the way young women are educated to help spread awareness and encourage women to be more open about their breast health. Directly report to the Marketing & Business Development Director and solely responsible for all branding and graphic design for a UK Top 100, AIM listed law firm with over 300 lawyers.
Working closely with the marketing team and lawyers to create visually engaging documents including brochures, pitches, presentations, adverts, promotional materials and social media.
Responsible for animated content at all stages including planning, structure of animations, illustrations and visual elements, choosing accompanying audio and outputting to a range of different social media platforms and devices.
Ongoing management of the entire production of the firm’s quarterly internal glossy magazine, KeyNews: this involves collating content from lawyers and support staff, writing additional content, arranging for content to be proofread, layout and design of magazine in InDesign and outsourcing printing for 500 copies to be distributed to all employees.
Managing the business card ordering process for all lawyers and support staff, including creating artwork, proofs and outsourcing printing and distribution.
Maintaining over 30 brochures ensuring that all content is up to date, the brochures are housed centrally on the firm’s intranet, cover all practice areas and make the basis of pitches to help win work for the lawyers.
Streamlining workflow by creating and using graphic templates and tracking excel documents for large-scale tasks.
Designing signage and artwork for new offices.
Day to day administration tasks and other ad hoc duties.
