In my ten years at Rufus Leonard I progressed through multiple roles. Promoted to Managing Consultant I led the strategic aspects of client relationships, across a broad spectrum of brand and digital projects, developing long term profitable relationships. Due to my strong commercial focus, I was tasked with working with account teams to spot opportunities, sell in new ideas to clients and build the business. In addition to all the functions I undertook as a brand and digital consultant additional responsibilities in my role included:
• Helping clients solve complex business and marketing requirements and developing behaviour changing customer experiences across a range of channels
