I have touched almost every account in the agency before finding my feet in New Business. I work closely with with the senior figures managing the pitch process from start to finish and inputting into everything from strategy to team structure. I have recently been the planner on recent pitches which has given me a firm foundation in planning. Additionally, I have worked on the Hotels.com UK account for the last 18 months managing the day to day business on the account and smaller projects from dOOH to radio. I was a key figure in launching the 2016 360 campaign from inception to delivery which included 4 TV spots and the award winning digital ‘Skip Ad’ on All4. More recently I played a key part in delivering the 2017 campaign which launched in May on both TV and through digital channels featuring our old friend Howard from the Halifax adverts, which has performed exceptionally in market along with a Christmas Chatbot on Facebook Messenger which was a brand first.
Melt and Co. was established to introduce customers to a world of new flavours and tastes in our reinterpretation of the ice lolly, which we like to call Gourmet Frozen Desserts. Our creations are made using all natural ingredients and come in a variety of unique flavour combinations. With just two of us in the company we created everything from scratch; from hand-making each individual dessert to packaging, marketing, managing and selling the product through wholesale accounts, pop up events and private catering. I spent 4 weeks at Coley Porter Bell designing packaging for Muller, managing my own account as an Account Executive for a Proctor and Gamble client and contributing to meetings, timing plans and agency discussions. I then assisted on the Barclays account in Ogilvy and Mather. I wrote copy for print adverts, brainstormed with the BBC and contributed to some long-term projects during the 4 weeks.
