The 3rd Antenna Documentary Festival ran October 2-7, 2013. www.antennafestival.org As production manager I reported to the festival directors and was responsible for operations both in the lead up to and during the run of the festival in Sydney. Key Responsibilities included: -Selection and management of the festival volunteer team. -Coordinating relationships with all venues and suppliers. -Oversight of ticketing and guest relations teams. -Working closely with grassroots/social media marketing team and festival PR teams.
I managing production through to preproduction on a large project. Responsible for the entire cast, crew, location management and more.. I also served as Assistant Director. Our Production "Making Fantastic Short Films" was the winner of the 2007 Atom Award for Best Instructional / Training Resource.
