Makers is a start up that transforms people’s lives, by giving them the skills and behaviours they need to career change into a software developer.
- I have placed dozens of people in their first job in tech and consistently achieved and exceeded my targets. I brought in major new clients, such as Credit Suisse, Shell and EY.
- I work autonomously in a “trust first” business. I can manage my workload with little direction required, both on site and remotely.
- Consistently built excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients, solving problems and bringing people together people to work towards a common objective.
- I am an ambassador for Makers, writing blog posts and speaking at conferences on subjects such as diversity and growth mindset.
- Having experience in Agile, I am able to bring this into my sales role, leading stand ups for sales sprints and facilitating retrospectives with clients to enhance client success and win more business.
- I championed the use of Hubspot and Qwilr within Makers, ensuring greater accuracy in data recording and creating templates and content to be used by the sales team in proposals.
