About me
In 2021, my passion for visual direction & photography ignited, eclipsing my previous focus on writing as I recognized film and photography as the paramount mediums for storytelling. Stemming from a lineage of storytellers—my grandmother an esteemed author and my grandfather who was a successful wildlife filmmaker—I inherited a deep-rooted appreciation for narrative craft. Raised in Tanzania, where storytelling is integral to our cultural fabric, I absorbed its essence firsthand. Over time, I diligently honed my skills in editing, script-writing, directing, photography and more. In April 2023, I relocated to London to wholeheartedly pursue the advancement of my career in this dynamic field.
