  • Currently I am working as a publicity assistant in a two person team for NARS Cosmetics. The role is fast paced and requires a great deal of time keeping and organisational and communication skills. My role here involved monitoring long lead a short lead press for monthly reports which I prepare, looking after the artist database for the UK and all gifting and sample send outs and monitoring all media outlets, with a particular emphasis on bloggers and celebrities.. The role has also lead me to take a lead part in the planning of large week long public events such as fashion week and stylist and smaller day events for press or publications.

  • Tag Worldwide is a large intagreated agnecy specialising in brand communication impletmenting marketing and avatorial methods to push out campagins to a global audience. Tag’s offices are based in major world cities, helping global brands expand by their creative development, imaging, production, advertising and promotion across all media outlets. Some of Tag’s major clients include Reebok, Burberry, O2, Sony and Unilever. Here I took on a highly demanding position of Account Manager, my clients included; Dove, Vaseline and TRESemme, Simple and Rexona, all based in the European Region. My role involved overseeing all aspects of the clients public image by overseeing each step of the campaign cycle from when I briefed the team to invoicing the client. I would simultaniously adapt and traslaste TV commercials, digital print & press. This included brainstorming and working specific requirements, global campaigns were always delivered within budget and to the agreed air dates for each client. As there were sevral clients and campaigns the role led me to have a strong ability to multitask and organise scehdules for myself and others. At Tag proactive and creative approach was vital when collaborating and managing the design and studio teams to deleiver qulaity campaigns. Woking here also allowed me to be involved with client events such as, Dove’s ‘real beauty’ and ‘self esteem’ projects.

  • I whilst at University I worked as part of Lloyds Pharmacy and Hyundi teams for Draft FCB, a worldwide intergated media agency. This required creativity, forward thinking and working as part of a team to exectue on detailed breifs. My role involved being the ‘go to’ person for all departments to see if the content for site/mobile/tablet would fit. Draft FCB is an extremely fast-paced environment were scenarios and briefs changed daily, therefore envisioning the end result was crucial. In addition to my role, during the busy periods my line manager asked me to help other departements who were also working on the projects and help training new freelance staff.

  • Purple PR is an internationally renowned London based agency, publicity services to leading global brands across the lifestyle, fashion, music, luxury and beauty industries. My main cleints here were Roberto Cavalli and DKNY where I worked supporting the account manager. Dirary management, answering emails, blogger outreach, press cuttings, mail outs, blogger outreach, proof reading and sample management where my main daily tasks. We worked to a high standard to execute events, press days, presentations and launch days to secure coverage. Main events included ‘Search for a Model’ in association with Shortlist and Premier Models where I was invloved in brainstoming different concepts, finding locations, help source sponsers and being present on the day.

  • My first in-house position in publicity was role at German luxury womanswear Escada in the London offcie. As part of a small team I worked under the of the account manager and the account director. Working collaboratively to provide a high class service to high profile clients and VIP’s. As a PR and wholesale I my main duties were; monitoring daily press, input in the organisation of events, launch days shows and presentations, ordering samples, VIP gifting, help organising look book, emailing, researching and press enquires. A thoroughly enjoyable role which required me to think on her feet and outside the box. Here she regurlarly helped with instore private events at Harrod Department store, where on occasion she worked with the designers to exectue smooth running of the function. I was allocated sole resposibility for the managemnt of the showroom where I was able to use creativity to transform it for prestentaions working within budget. Part of my role also manage and in-house model’s diary and book in other shoots.
