About me
Marketing Director with a decade of marketing & communications experience. I am looking to play an active role in the direction of the business I work in, leading a marketing team to achieve success. I have worked in a range of businesses from lean startups like Healthy Pleasure Group to 1,000+ headcount, multi-organisation structures including the global media network, Omnicom Media Group UK, all of which involved team management and direct reports to the C-Suite. I have honed excellent communication and interpersonal skills which I use to create strong partnerships across each business I work with, both internally and externally. I see my role in communications as that of a curator. I take things people have created, whether that’s ideas, products or services, and curate them into something meaningful. Transforming insights and information into easily understandable communications that people will want to engage with. For myself, my company and the people around me, I value achievement and an environment in which continuous learning is actively encouraged, both of which must be underpinned by a belief in being open about goals, barriers and successes.
