I covered the reception at this vibrant entertainment company. My duties included:
• Answering the phone, screening and announcing calls
• Booking meeting rooms
• Arranging courier and taxi bookings
• Accepting deliveries
• Welcoming guests for meetings
• Sorting and franking outgoing post
I also provided administrative support to the finance department by collating data from publishers to calculate royalty payments for authors of the Rainbow Magic books. The ability to work efficiently whilst paying close attention to detail was required for this role, as was an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
