Working on behalf of artists and Athletes promoting their careers and run their business
affairs. Securing the best work for the clients, for the best fee. Negotiating contracts and fees,
finding and booking events and venues that match the artist's/Athletes career strategy, advising
on career decisions, publicity and promotion, press and marketing, assisting on career
decisions and managing media relations on their behalf.
Represent a roster of artists/ Athletes, and cultivate relationships with music industry decisionmakers
on their behalf. Establishing and maintaining relationships, using contacts to source
work for their clients. Promote clients' work, and often involved in liaison during the music
recording process. Organise and negotiate contracts for releases and publishing,
communicating with the press. Managing and organising dairies and calendars. Logistics;
managing travel, accommodation, visa’s and itineraries. Reporting weekly on projects and
budget management. Main point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
