I am a marketing, media & communications graduate.
I also work as a freelance translator and interpreter of English to Japanese and vice versa. I have been translating news related to Drake's fashion label, October's Very Own (OVO) into Japanese for a Japanese audience for the past few months, which is available to view via my website and Instagram (@nicoleyama918).

- Official Japanese Social Media Manager for Wiley (UK grime artist/MBE)I manage the official Japanese Twitter account for Wiley launched September 2019. My role is to translate news/run giveaways in Japanese/create copy and advertising of latest singles and albums in Japanese/organise touring for Japan etc.
- Nicole Yamamoto.com (https://www.nicoleyamamoto.com)A website owned and managed by myself. All pieces are written by myself in Japanese. I designed the website as a makeshift portfolio - a place where I can showcase my skills in Japanese and English. Furthermore, the content on the site at the moment is dedicated to OVO, musician Drake's clothing label.
