Play a key role in driving Oppidan’s B2C growth - combining sales, account management and line management. I manage the clients who engage with Oppidan’s 1:1 mentoring programmes and currently line manage one Client Manager and two Professional Mentors.
• Sales: Leveraged strong sales skills to acquire and convert new clients for Oppidan's services, gaining experience working with high-net-worth individuals and developing a professional and consultative approach to sales.
• Account Management: Managing the client cycle from new enquiry to onboarding, and then nurturing those ongoing relationships to maximise client retention. I currently manage 100 live clients.
• Communication & Conflict Resolution: Communicating with clients via email/phone/zoom to match them with a mentor to suit their child’s specific needs. Problem solving has been a vital skill when addressing dissatisfied clients.
• Teamwork: Working collaboratively with the Client Management team towards monthly KPIs.
• Line Management: Responsible for managing one Client Manager and two Professional Mentors, and conducting quarterly reviews to ensure job satisfaction and that targets are achieved.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Ensuring our team of 200 freelance mentors are incentivized and trained to provide an excellent service. This has involved mentor recruitment, onboarding and building ongoing mentor relationships.
• Strategy Development: Tracking client interactions and analysing this data monthly to inform new strategy.
