With an ever-growing focus on digital marketing, most recently I worked for a tech start-up to further expand my skill set and equip myself with more digital-centric expertise. International and UK roles across both B2B and B2C remits have helped me establish a varied skill set. I am experienced in managing multi-million pound budgets and large-scale campaigns that have incorporated content marketing, brand sponsorship fulfilment, affiliate support, media partnerships and influencer-led activations. Hubrick is a tech start-up aimed at building a community-focused platform for a male-skewed 16-24 year old audience. I managed the growth marketing from strategy through to execution via a predominantly influencer-led approach. Working closely with our Business Insights team and utilising Google Analytics, I ensured that our promotional activity is optimised towards improving our key targets around sign-up, engagement and retention.
(FTC Maternity Cover) I managed the European marketing for iTunes Movies, TV and iBooks plus the UK marketing for Apple News. Working closely with the business leads for these content types, I developed marketing activity to support their objectives. During my FTC I worked on the multi-channel launch campaign for Apple News UK and I led numerous digital campaigns for iTunes Movies, working closely with the major movie studios, as well as independent distributors and industry bodies such as BAFTA.
I managed the UK marketing for our four TV channels, planning and executing numerous multi-channel campaigns and liaising with our platform partners (Sky, Virgin Media, BT TV) to ensure we maximised promotional opportunities. I had full responsibility for the marketing budget and I oversaw the marketing team.
I helped to develop and manage off-air campaigns for both channels and priority shows, ensuring integration with on-air promotion and PR activities. I provided both B2C and B2B marketing support to a large team of sales and programming professionals.
I identified ideas and implemented strategies to license Endemol's TV properties into off-air brands, working closely with licensees on the product development, marketing and PR.
I monitored and managed creative materials across 37 international markets, guiding international offices in localising promotional art and approving localised layouts.
