Nigel is a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale financial operations amidst dynamic compliance landscapes. Armed with a Bachelor's degree from Metropolitan University, London, and fluency in Swiss German and English, he brings a global perspective to the table. Since 2019, Nigel has spearheaded the deal team at an investment management firm, focusing on the strategic needs of middle-market and emerging next-gen growth companies. Tasked with ensuring the realization of strategic and development objectives, Nigel plays a pivotal role in driving the success of each company, staying attuned to the fast-paced world of finance. In 2014, Nigel co-founded a Project Finance boutique specializing in Technical Real Estate and IT Infrastructure. His team orchestrated a groundbreaking deal involving SBB, Cisco, and Sunrise, providing a "last mile solution" utilizing previously untapped dark fiber throughout Switzerland's 2,700km national rail network in 2016. Before this venture, Nigel contributed to the growth of Helvetia's Private Banking platform, joining in 2006. By 2010, he had risen to the role of Global Head of Sales and Marketing, overseeing a remarkable increase in assets under management from CHF 100 Million to nearly 2 Billion. Nigel successfully onboarded prestigious clients such as UBS, Credit Suisse, Bank Vontobel, and Deutsche Bank, showcasing his strategic prowess in the ever-evolving landscape of banking and venture capital.
