Customer service focused position for a members-only luxury lifestyle brand serving as the first port of call for high net worth clients regarding any aspect of the service they require, or working through any issues with the service they encountered. This required extremely strong communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal and organisational abilities as well as problem solving strengths and a deep knowledge and intuition of the clients with identification of their individual needs.
Assisted the marketing department in analysis of brand identity in order to help shape future marketing strategies, with particular emphasis on how to ensure the company remained innovative and distinct within an incredibly crowded marketplace. Further assisted this process with direct and conceptual contributions to marketing output further down the line, including articles written and interviews transcribed for The Fitzdares Times, a bi-annual newspaper publication delivered to all clients, as well as assisting to the planning and running of large-scale promotional events such as the Fitzdares Fighting Futures, a night of boxing showcasing the next generation of British boxing talent at The Ned.
Trading responsibilities required an ability to quickly assimilate information and track patterns in order to make immediate decisions in a stressful office environment with substantial financial stakes that both benefitted the company in the optimum way, working towards specific financial targets, whilst ensuring the client received the best customer service.
