Working with high net-worth clients, I have booked top music artists including Jamiroquai, Fergie, Puff Daddy, Earth Wind & Fire, Kaiser Chiefs, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Craig David, Martin Garrix, Bloc Party, Rick Astley, Brandy and others Key Responsibilities • Understand the client’s brief and source suitable music Artists to deliver and exceed client expectations • Produce one-off shows with world-class musicians • Provide quotes to clients and negotiate the final price for services • Negotiate music Artist contracts, payment and crucial information with Artist management and other agents • Manage and advance international travel, accommodation, production and scheduling with event partners, Artist management, tour managers, production managers • Manage music Artists once they arrive on site • Secure music Artists to headline festivals worldwide • Develop and implement a brand strategy for UKNY Music • Develop and manage social media and website to target new business opportunities • Build relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business • Deliver value for money for the client • Maintain relationships with music management and Artists • Create a favourable impression of UKNY Music with clients and music Artists alike Budget management
• Developing and leading PR strategies from formulation through to execution aligning them with the client’s key business objectives • Combining creativity with knowledge of the media to recognise media angles and generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media spectrum • Assisting in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns • Liaising with the client and act as key point of contact in support of senior consultants • Delegating to junior consultants effectively • Supervising AE’s and Interns activity and workload • Participating in brainstorms and creating workable programmes for new business and existing clients • Keeping track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
• Press release writing • Media outreach across print, broadcast and online • Building relationships with key members of the press • Monitoring media coverage and reporting results to the wider team and clients • Attending client events and industry conferences • Handling clients’ social media accounts • Delivering analytics reports on social media, reporting on traffic, engagement and follower figures Brainstorming fresh ideas for PR campaigns
