Folk Digital is a storytelling agency specialising in omni-channel retail strategy for ambitious brands like Hermés, Issa, Kelly Hoppen and Pernod Ricard. My role at Folk is to liaise directly with clients, writing and editing online content to their specifications. Most recently I’ve been working with high end furniture brand Brissi, who have a defined set of principles they want to be reflected in their company’s public identity. In order to do this, I developed a strategy to streamline the blog content, rewriting existing content to fit the new style and aesthetic of the website. Alongside this I’ve also assisted with market research for Folk Digital clients, seeking out their competitors and identifying new market opportunities using gap analysis.
Addictive Daughter is a self-help lifestyle concept set up by two twenty-something women with 'addictive personalities' - Persia and Joey. Its goal is to ‘lovingly guide you through your Quarter-Life Crisis and inspire you to create a better life for yourself than you ever dreamed possible.’ My role is to create and optimise their social network output and create more concise Instagram content. Following a brief from the company directors I developed a strategy and created a colour and font scheme and a layout template to apply across AD’s social media presence. I created a signature logo for Addictive Daughter that will be shown throughout all of their online content, dramatically improving the brand’s online identity.
