I am a freelance commercial photographer based in Colchester, Essex. UK where I share a studio with Chris Reeve Photographer. I specialise in people on location but also just as happy in the studio. My experience and skills have made me an eloquent communicator, accustomed to problem solving and working flexibly and an overall good team player.
I've worked with many clients from BDW, Barber Jackson, Higgins Homes, Eat Natural While working as second photographer and first assistant to Chris Reeve photographer, further clients have included Mitre, NCR, Trinity, Christ's and St. Mary's Catholic S, Anglia Ruskin University to name but a few. This work has been wide ranging from food, products, architecture, events and also co-ordinating models on location internationally, stills and video work.
My personal projects have an environmental, historical and social context and always revolve around a human narrative. I have exhibited in the East of England over many years as well as Truman Brewery, London exploring analogue techniques and alternative darkroom methods.
More recently I have enjoyed working with Chris Reeve on a new YouTube project called Lights, Camera, Reaction which showcases fellow photographers trying to make a living and who share their tips and tricks to help others on their journey. https://www.youtube.com/@lights_camera_reaction

- Book Cover ShootWhen work is great and your super busy it's very tempting to just continue working and taking the money. But as a creative you sometimes need to stop and we'll.... just be creative. I found a way of doing both by shooting images I want to shoot and putting them into a picture library as possible book covers. This project was one such event. Shot in a disused railway tunnel in Derbyshire, England with a brilliant model and stylist Julie Lowrey.
