This involves working alongside the marketing and editorial teams to devise successful emails that not only entertain but drive conversion to sales. As well as looking after .com and some international emails, I also write the lifecycle emails, specialist newsletters, CRM SMS and push notifications, paid social, and I work with Digital Marketing on hit + run campaigns. I also manage the junior editor.
