Working as a key influence on creative content from e-commerce to creative marketing materials. I organise and run e-commerce and marketing content shoots along with being responsible for company styling with attention to detail, delivering consistent quality throughout online and campaigns.
• End to end creative production of Sahara photoshoots, from logistics, model casting, creative direction, and budgeting. Working on post production, coordinating samples and styling.
• Full ownership and accountability of all Sahara photography and video content from concept to creation.
• Responsible for the styling of all shoots; actively seeking feedback and collaborating with the team to refine the Sahara look and feel.
• Arranging model castings; maintaining strong working relationships with both modelling agencies and studios.
• Managing the organisation of all imagery ensuring product web uploads are organised and called in from warehouse, working closely with e-com team and junior designer.
• Maintaining shoot schedule and booking calendar; always with one eye on the next campaign.
• Full management and overseeing of studio stock and equipment, lighting and set design.
• Liaising with freelance re-touchers on a weekly basis to ensure that product assets are retouched to brand guidelines and available for launches at pace.
• Monitoring online stock availability, highlighting any commercial opportunities with ecommerce Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Proposing creative ideas for website landing pages, emails, and social platforms.
• Style creative still-life and model imagery for online, stores and marketing assets.
• Have one eye on competitor analysis; highlighting any key style trends or opportunities.
• Work with the team on relevant website merchandising and manage all online video content and assets.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Wholesale team on creating wholesale assets for press and shows.
