I am an experienced Programme Manager currently working within the global Learning & Development team for a software quality testing company and consultancy. Within this role, I develop, design and deliver training programmes for internal staff members based in various locations, and also manage a number of global staff development programmes. Prior to this role, I worked within the UK/Ireland training Academy as a Training Coordinator where I provided operations support relating to external and internal training events, and also assisted in tasks relating to global staff development programmes. I have previously worked as a Project Officer within the 'Positive Behaviour for Learning' team in the National Office regional operations unit at the Ministry of Education in New Zealand. In this temporary role, I provided administrative support for a number of project teams within the Government department while also providing PA support to the Programme Manager. I am a self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, pro-active and hard-working individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. I am able to work well under pressure, use my own initiative, multi-task and work as part of a team ensuring a professional approach is given with a high standard of work. Within this role I develop, design and deliver internal training programmes for various regions, and also manage a number of global staff development programmes. • Designing the Business English training programme for the company’s’ global offices • Developing a list of standard global offerings covering the spectrum of organisational needs • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the company/individuals and developing solutions • Delivering 1:1 training workshops and group workshops • Managing various global internal leadership, management and sales training programmes: creating sites, updating programme schedules, modules, resources and archives on the SharePoint web application platform • Communicating programme information, pre-course work and follow up work to participants • Liaising with presenters for required resources necessary for each learning module • Assisting the offshore Academy Operations team with coordination tasks and guidance when required, and to assist with escalations where necessary
