As a member of the Learning and Development team, I design and create engaging eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360, to be cascaded across our global company for training purposes, in addition to supporting the UK Academy team with training and development responsibilities.
I utilise my excellent influential and communication skills to manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout project life-cycles and to develop, design and deliver training programmes (eLearning and 1:1) for internal staff at varying levels.
