I am an experienced Programme Manager currently working within the global Learning & Development team for a software quality testing company and consultancy. Within this role, I develop, design and deliver training programmes for internal staff members based in various locations, and also manage a number of global staff development programmes. Prior to this role, I worked within the UK/Ireland training Academy as a Training Coordinator where I provided operations support relating to external and internal training events, and also assisted in tasks relating to global staff development programmes. I have previously worked as a Project Officer within the 'Positive Behaviour for Learning' team in the National Office regional operations unit at the Ministry of Education in New Zealand. In this temporary role, I provided administrative support for a number of project teams within the Government department while also providing PA support to the Programme Manager. I am a self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, pro-active and hard-working individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. I am able to work well under pressure, use my own initiative, multi-task and work as part of a team ensuring a professional approach is given with a high standard of work.
