- Chocolate boutique cafeSituated in a new town district, defined by cafe bars and night life, chocolate boutique cafe aimed to expand the districts offer with some of new contents never seen before in the whole town. As its name is ''Chocolate Boutique cafe'' it is clear it is all about chocolate. The wall structural mesh should represent dark chocolate while on the other side, theres plan polished epoxy finish milky chocolate wall and ceilling. The main idea was to ''bring cholocate to the front'', to lift it up from horizontal and to give it an appealing looks. It should make the customer smell and taste chocolate at first sight.
- Nursing home in Bijelo Polje, MontenegroThe building is located in strong natural context, gaining its shape by looking up to mountain landscape surounding it. It is situated in a field-like area. That zone would have been cut in two parts if there was no passage-like opening in the middle of the building which allows the parts to breath together as one. The materialisation was based on Montenegrin Norths architecture and inculdes mostly wood and structures made of it. Besides, in its basis is concrete structurated skelet, as much as possible glass surfaces (due to low Sunlight exposure caused by its location), and steel (the bridge). In the basement - there is a big parking area, spa center, economic/tehnical block. On the ground floor - there are commercial contents such as hairdresser, grocery store, manicure/pedicure studio, restaurant with its kitchen and medical block. On the other hand theres also administrative block. On the first floor - there are massage and phisical therapy rooms, entertainment and workshop rooms, internet caffe, and accomodation units. On the second floor - there are all accomodation units - rooms and duplexes. In the loft - that area is specialy dedicated to the objects inhabitants and their entertainment. This space is foreseen to hold manifestations there such as movie projections, snooker playing, music repertoires, or even performances held by nearby schools and preschools facilities.
