    I lead the regional marketing for 14 National Trust properties in Kent and East Sussex, focusing on membership acquisition, commercial growth and brand awareness. This includes conducting regular reviews, workshops and monthly meetings. I am responsible for the development of targeted strategies to meet regional KPI's, business objectives and membership income growth. My role involves the creation of high quality, on-brand, editorial content, direct marketing, optimised web articles, digital advertising, social media content, PPC and email marketing. I also regularly resolve contentious issues, supporting colleagues and working with local press. During this current phase of the National Trust’s recovery from the pandemic, I was invited to be the regional lead on a national membership engagement programme to add membership value and minimise cancellations.

    I set up and ran the Marketing and Visitor Experience department for Sheffield Park and Garden. During my five-year career at Sheffield Park I was instrumental in increasing visitor numbers by 50%, exceeding annual membership sales targets and doubling the family visitor numbers. I worked with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, influencing and building sustainable on-going relationships in order to deliver projects and develop myself and my team in terms of our skills and experience. I undertook brand development to change perceptions and broaden audience appeal; specifically, targeting young families, and created strategies for audience development and business growth. A fundamental part of my role included project managing and delivering innovative projects aimed at delivering visitor growth. This culminated in an annual five-week festival which exceeded targets by 30%.
