    Ticketing and events tech company, specialising in allowing fans access and personalised recommendations for their favourite artists’ gigs, from local acts and promotors to global megastars, Responsible for delivering talent acquisition for the Operational business areas across the EU. Including Corporate Strategy & Data, DEI, Finance, L&D, Legal, People/HR, Account Management, Client Success, Fan Support and Field Operations Initiated the first ever high-volume data analysis with focus on temp, freelance and perm hires. Data included all European countries with a comprehensive report compiled into candidate experience, time to hire, skills assessment logistics. ● Outcomes from report resulted in my area of focus, operational hiring in Germany, reducing hiring time from 60 days to 32 days on average. ● In my time at Dice, I was able to recruit a total of 27 offers for the FS temp hiring during the busy festival season. 23 accepted, with an average TTH of 18 day and average TTF of 25 days. ● Project work included building out the European employment contract including working hours work from home polices. I also created the first ever Dice interview guidebook that was rolled out across all Depatments in 2022.

Four successful international hires, all passing probation ● Utilising recruitment platforms to their maximum capability, budgeting and planning the best job boards and collaborating with marketing to create visually creative, on-brand career pages. ● Project work includes implementing a new applicant tracking and HR tool as well as workshops for managers to empower them to feel confident to use good practice in the recruitment and selection process. ● Working with the diversity and inclusion manager to implement company-wide diversity metrics and diversity hiring aspirations for the year.
