- Achieved an unprecedented +10 points for essential ‘First Choice Purchase Intention’ brand scores, placing EE far ahead of the competition.
- Europe’s biggest iPhone launch connections for three years running with Apple Music and BT Sport partnerships.
- Delivered the customer-focused strategy behind EE’s ‘Who says you can’t’ 2018 brand repositioning. Led internal workshops and multi-agency briefing events, successfully maximising engagement in the brief.
- ‘Free Boost’ campaigns as part of turning around Pay As You Go business.
