I am an HR Practitioner with a rare understanding of the Hospitality industry.
My main areas of expertise are: Change Management - Training &Development - Employee Relations - Employee engagement - Employment Law - HR Systems – Recruitment & Selection.
Thanks to my recent roles I have learned to work with uncertainty and unpredictability as I took part to brand new projects and departmental restructuring.
I am comfortable with high-profile roles and I am capable of dealing with management at senior and executive levels.
Finally, I am a great political player and I am able to mediate between people by mitigating disagreements and reduce workplace conflicts, a capacity that I have acquired from training and coaching employees at all levels.
