Taught a wide range of kids with varying skill levels the fundamentals of coding. I crafted
tailored lesson plans to groups of students (Javascript, Scratch, Minecraft Building)
which allowed me to assess the needs of individual students throughout a wide group.
During half term camps, I acted as assistant manager which involved planning
curriculums for each skill level. I also worked closely with senior management for
overseeing the running of said camps which led to removing the inefficiencies within
the current routine. This led to a reduced stress load for teachers & better coordination
throughout the day.
