My main duties began as part of the UK localisation team as a graduate client services coordinator. This included providing general admin support to the producers of the UK localisation team. I mainly dealt with the Clearcast submissions communicating with our Clearcast executive. Eventually I became part of the TV admin team. This expanded my role from submissions to wider TV admin and trafficking duties for Warner UK. Which included managing traffic instructions using Caria and delivery to broadcasters through Adstream and IMD. In this role I communicated with broadcasters and media agencies to efficiently manage schedules to ensure air time was not missed and the correct ads played out.

At Technicolor, a large and busy post house, I fulfilled standard runner/client service duties. My initial cover period of work was extended by several months as I worked as a freelance runner. I worked competently as part of a small team to provide a smooth and effective service. My main responsibilities were to fulfil and requirements of both staff a clients. My other responsibilities were to keep the kitchen/client area clean and tidy. My duties involved take stock, despatch runs, helping to train new staff members and learning to use the commercial coffee machine. As one the largest post houses in London I interacted with high profile clients meaning we were required to be discrete and professional at all times.
