    Fit For Sport is the UK’s leading provider of children activities, operating across different sectors, including; health & fitness, childcare, and education, with both B2B and B2C target audiences. As the Marketing & Communications Manager, I report directly to the CEO and my sole responsibilities include: • Create and deliver the marketing strategy for the business. (During COVID19 I have led our nationwide Family Activity Challenge campaign that engaged over 10,000 families) • Plan and execute all internal and external marketing and communication activities • Coordinate, support and develop local marketing activity with regional managers • Lead the marketing team, as well as training regional/area managers to deliver localised marketing activity • Managing the marketing budget of £80,000. Analyses and reporting on the ROI of all activity • Manage relationships with external agencies/suppliers including; Design, Print, Website, Digital, and PR agencies • Digital Strategy – Development and implement effective digital strategies. My PPC Google campaigns turned a £97,742 profit on kids’ camp sales since starting my role as manager • Drive all key digital channels. Operate all social media accounts with (total of 13.5k followers). Taken our digital review platforms from consistent 1 star ratings to 5 star • Create innovative marketing campaigns which help increase online bookings. Kids’ holiday camp bookings are rising at a rate of 23% per holiday period. As well as the current FFS website, I am managing the rebrand and implementation of a new company website • Event management. Fundamental in organising Legacy Day events which engage over 500 children • Support business development with creative projects to obtain new school/leisure contracts. Helped launch 15 new sites so far in 2020 • Fundamental in forming and maintaining successful partnerships for the company. Create digital marketing toolkits for our leisure and school partners to support promotion. Also work closely with partners such as Imperial College, Sport England, ukactive, Penguin, Go Ape and Sun Maid Raisins.
