Daily duty: Face any new requirements from owner and immediate apply. Daily reports to owner. Coordinate with companies, set up and attend meeting with/without owner. Assist any department on daily base. (HF, NR, WHB, Ciel). Answer all upcoming inquiries and forward emails to particular departments. Manage HF brand and all under Hessa Alfalasi Business. Sales department: Manage and Motivate Sales team. Prepare and lead training .Stock inventory. Achieve sales target. Coordinate and assist Sales Team Leader. Monitor ERP entries. Manage online sale. Schedule for sales department (home service, showroom, events). Marketing: Coordinate and follow up with magazines, media, and bloggers. Arrange and assist photoshoot for each new collection.
