• Working closely with Designers, Quality Control team and client buyers, my role is to prioritise new designs, with sealed designs, as well as press and photo shoot samples requested externally. • The role, naturally, requires a significant level of organisation and administrative skills. • The role requires maintaining and developing relationships with Press Officers, Buyers and Merchandisers at major high street brands, including Next, Arcadia, TU Debenhams, New Look and Primark. • The role also requires the ability to prioritise, be highly organised, as well as work in a fast paced, high-stress environment, and ensure the smooth production and distribution of samples to tight deadlines.
• Responsible for writing regular and consistent Twitter and Facebook posts, as well as writing regular articles for the Costume Society blog.
• This role required the planned and organising of events for residents staying at UAL’s accommodation. • The role provided support to more than 300 students in terms of entertainment and their welfare. • Achieved the “Above and Beyond” student employee of the year award.
• Covered various exhibitions, talks and interviews for LCFNews. • Working to tight deadlines, and strict word counts, while ensuring all the important content is included.
