I am a keen IT Support Technician with experience in supporting end users in a multitude of applications, software and hardware from the ground up. I have been working within support for over ten years with experience in support 90% of the Microsoft portfolio of products to include Windows 95 on-wards, Windows Server from 2003, MS Office, MS O365, cloud based services, common used AV, backup and office applications. I also have good skills at configuring systems, be it a new laptop of desktop PC/Mac using either a standard out of the box build then configuring this for a user or using an image specifically for that piece of equipment. I have good knowledge in networking at setting up networked equipment from switches to firewalls to access points and routers. I can also manage a network as have managed user accounts within AD setting up new ones, managing existing ones and archiving/removing old accounts, I have also do this user account management in MS O365 as well as the traditional on site Ad environment.
Over the last 8 years I have also worked as a part time semi pro events, people and social media photographer shooting local night clubs in and around Surrey for various promoters, I have worked on red carpet events in London snapping celebrities at the events and have shot a lot of celebrities at BBC Radio/TV, ITV and at other locations within Central London. From this work I have been published in The Sun newspaper, The Sun On-Line, Look & Heat Magazines plus in Local Kent and Essex press out lets, Kent On-Line & Essex TV.
