My general responsibilities include managing both the team and site while on shift, operating and overseeing check-ins, payments and data systems, running private and group coaching sessions, leading customer service and hospitality, managing money and memberships, and solving problems on-the-go in a constantly changing environment. In addition, I've also co-run and redesigned our social media, co-orchestrated the annual Summer Shindig party, secured sponsorship and external partnerships for the company, recruited DJs and entertainment for its events, oversaw staff recruitment, training and onboarding, and assisted with setting business and development strategy for our in-house shop.
